Refund Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Cloud & Cloud.

Because our services are creative, digital, and custom-made for each client, our refund guidelines are as follows:


1. General Refund Policy

Once work has started or initial concepts have been delivered:
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Deciding not to use the design

  • Business closure

  • Internal company decisions

  • Delayed feedback from the client


2. Eligibility for Partial Refund

A partial refund may be considered only if:

  • No design work has started

  • No sketches, drafts, or concepts were delivered

  • The request is made immediately after purchase (within 1–2 hours)

Partial refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued when:

  • Initial logo concepts are delivered

  • Revisions have started

  • The client is unresponsive

  • Client does not follow instructions

  • Client wants major changes outside original brief

  • Client delays project and then requests refund

  • Files have already been sent in any format


4. Dislike of Design

If the client is not satisfied with the initial concepts:
✔ Revisions will be provided according to the selected plan
❌ Not liking a design is not a reason for refund


5. Digital File Refunds

Once source files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.) are delivered:
❌ Refunds are strictly not available.


6. Chargebacks / Disputes

If a client attempts a chargeback after receiving work:

  • Cloud & Cloud may pursue legal action

  • All delivered files and rights will be void

  • The client will lose all usage rights to the design


7. Cancellation by Cloud & Cloud

We may issue a refund only if we cancel the project before delivering any work.
This is extremely rare.
