This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Cloud & Cloud.
Because our services are creative, digital, and custom-made for each client, our refund guidelines are as follows:
Once work has started or initial concepts have been delivered:
❌ No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
This includes:
Change of mind
Deciding not to use the design
Business closure
Internal company decisions
Delayed feedback from the client
A partial refund may be considered only if:
No design work has started
No sketches, drafts, or concepts were delivered
The request is made immediately after purchase (within 1–2 hours)
Partial refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds cannot be issued when:
Initial logo concepts are delivered
Revisions have started
The client is unresponsive
Client does not follow instructions
Client wants major changes outside original brief
Client delays project and then requests refund
Files have already been sent in any format
If the client is not satisfied with the initial concepts:
✔ Revisions will be provided according to the selected plan
❌ Not liking a design is not a reason for refund
Once source files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.) are delivered:
❌ Refunds are strictly not available.
If a client attempts a chargeback after receiving work:
Cloud & Cloud may pursue legal action
All delivered files and rights will be void
The client will lose all usage rights to the design
We may issue a refund only if we cancel the project before delivering any work.
This is extremely rare.
