This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Cloud & Cloud.

Welcome to Cloud & Cloud. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our services, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing any order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • Understand and accept these Terms

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Are legally capable of entering binding agreements
    If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Services Provided

Cloud & Cloud offers:

  • Logo Design

  • Brand Identity Design

  • Business Card Design

  • Social Media Kit

  • Website Banners

  • Rebranding & Logo Redesign

All services are creative and customized based on client requirements.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

We offer six pricing plans, ranging from $99 to $999:

  • Starter Plan — $99

  • Classic Plan — $149

  • Advanced Plan — $249

  • Business Plan — $399

  • Premium Branding Plan — $599

  • Elite Corporate Plan — $999

3.1 Payment Rules

  • 100% upfront payment is required.

  • Work begins only after payment confirmation.

  • Payments are non-transferable and non-adjustable.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond your plan may incur extra fees.

  • “Unlimited Revisions” apply only to qualifying premium plans.

  • Revisions must be based on the original concept.

5. Turnaround Time

Delivery depends on the selected plan:

  • Basic Plans: 2–3 days

  • Higher Plans: 24–48 hours

Delays may occur if:

  • Client instructions are incomplete

  • Communications are slow

  • Major changes are requested

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide clear details, references, content, and brand requirements

  • Respond in a timely manner

  • Approve drafts or request changes responsibly

  • Not misuse delivered designs

Cloud & Cloud is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

Full ownership of the final approved logo is transferred to the client once complete payment is received.

8. Prohibited Use

Clients must not:

  • Resell our designs as their own

  • Claim ownership of non-selected drafts

  • Use designs for illegal activities

  • Breach copyright rules

9. Limitation of Liability

Cloud & Cloud is not responsible for:

  • Loss of business or profit due to logo usage

  • Incorrect printing done by third-party vendors

  • Damages caused by misuse of design files

Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify:

  • Prices

  • Packages

  • Delivery timelines

  • These Terms

We may update the website anytime without prior notice.

11. Termination of Service

We may cancel or refuse service if:

  • A client behaves abusively

  • Instructions are unclear or illegal

  • The request falls outside our service scope
